Avemio AG Acquires 80% Stake in L.E.A Investment GmbH
Avemio AG has announced the acquisition of an 80% stake in L.E.A. Investment GmbH and its subsidiary, Infinment GmbH. This transaction was finalized on July 26, 2024, between Avemio's subsidiary Teltec AG and Orbiton Holding GmbH. The deal, valued in the mid-single-digit million Euro range, predominantly involves the assumption of liabilities and vendor financing.
L.E.A. Investment GmbH is known for its expertise in corporate finance, focusing on acquisition and growth financing. Andreas Fischer will continue as Managing Director with a contract extending until June 30, 2029.
Orbiton Holding GmbH retains an option to sell the remaining 20% stake in L.E.A. Investment GmbH to Teltec AG until July 31, 2029. The official closing of the share transfer is anticipated by August 31, 2024.
