Avant Brands Inc. Announces Results from 2025 Shareholders' Meeting

Avant Brands Inc., a prominent cannabis producer, recently held its 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders in Kelowna, BC. During the meeting, 1,752,490 shares, representing 16.19% of the company's total issued shares, were present either in person or by proxy.

All six director nominees from the management information circular dated April 22, 2025, were elected to serve until the next annual meeting.
