Avant Brands Inc., a premier producer in the innovative and award-winning cannabis sector, announced a notable expansion of its cultivar collection through a Cultivar Supply Agreement with 1183279 B.C. LTD. This strategic move is designed to cater to the rising international demand for its premium cannabis products. With this agreement, Avant will gain access to over 30 novel and unique cultivars, enhancing its product offerings and reinforcing its market position globally.

Norton Singhavon, Founder and CEO of Avant, emphasized the agreement as a crucial step in the company's ongoing global expansion efforts and commitment to offering top-tier products internationally. Jarred Costa, the Cultivar Consultant, expressed pride in partnering with Avant, highlighting their shared ambition to introduce exceptional cultivars to the market. Among the new additions are several unique cultivars, including PB Souffle x Frozen White Truffle, Blue Pave, Guava Bomba, Wing Suit, Slapz, and Pink Kitty, each offering distinctive flavors, aromas, and effects aimed at various consumer preferences. This enhancement of Avant's cultivar library is poised to solidify its standing in mature markets, notably California.

Further aspects of the agreement include the termination of a previous supply agreement, the exclusive provision of the new cultivars to Avant, and terms surrounding the issuance of Avant Shares to the Consultant, contingent on meeting specific deliverables and regulatory approvals.
