Availability of the Universal Registration Document and Annual Financial Report 2023-24

ST Dupont announced the filing of its universal registration document 2023-24 with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on July 26, 2024. This document, in French version, is available according to regulatory conditions and accessible on the website company internet.

The document includes several key reports. It contains the annual financial report as well as the Supervisory Board's report on corporate governance. The reports of the statutory auditors and information relating to their fees are also included.

It also includes a description of the share buyback program which will be proposed at the next general meeting. A summary of the information published over the last twelve months and the CSR report are also included.
