Availability of preparatory documents for the Wavestone Combined General Meeting

Wavestone informs its shareholders that the documents relating to the Combined General Meeting of Thursday July 25, 2024 are now available. They can be consulted in the “General Meeting” section on the company’s website.

The documents include in particular the notice of meeting, the accounts and activity reports for the 2023/24 financial year, the report of the Board of Directors, the consolidated and social accounts as of March 31, 2024 as well as the report on the government of company and the declaration of extra-financial performance.

In accordance with article R.225-83 of the Commercial Code, these documents are available at the company's head office in Paris La Défense and can also be obtained from Uptevia's General Meetings department in Montrouge.
