Atos Origin: Update of the accelerated safeguard plan project
Paris, September 16, 2024. Atos SE has informed shareholders and financial creditors of the online publication of an adjusted version of its draft accelerated safeguard plan. This document, prepared with the assistance of the judicial administrators, includes new annexes on the terms and conditions of the reinstated financing.
The Company has made this adjusted version and a comparative version with that of September 6, 2024 available on its website, in the Investors, Financial Restructuring section. The voting procedures will take place as planned, and the results will be published online on September 27, 2024.
