Athena Gold Resumes Trading on OTCQB with New Ticker Symbol

Athena Gold Corporation has announced the resumption of trading of its common shares on the OTCQB in the United States under the new symbol "AHNRF". This change took effect at the opening of trading on May 6, 2025. The update follows Athena Gold's redomicile from Delaware to British Columbia and its merger with Nova Athena Gold Corp., maintaining the name Athena Gold Corporation. The Canadian Securities Exchange symbol "ATHA" remains unchanged.

The company qualifies as a Foreign Private Issuer effective April 15, 2025, according to Securities and Exchange Commission rules. Current shareholders are not required to take any action concerning the ticker symbol change on the OTCQB.
