ASSETS AND TRADE: Transactions in own shares

Patrimoine et Commerce recently issued a press release regarding transactions in its own shares, excluding liquidity contracts, carried out between October 7 and 11, 2024. The transactions were carried out on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.

During this period, a total of 301 shares were acquired. The transactions took place over three days: 113 shares on October 7 at an average price of EUR 21.32, 101 shares on October 9 at EUR 21.40 and 87 shares on October 11 at EUR 21.50. The weighted average acquisition price for all transactions was EUR 21.41 per share.
