Assessment of 2024/2025 turnover for Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs
Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs' first-quarter 2024/2025 revenue amounts to €372.5 million, marking a slight increase of 1.1% compared to the previous financial year. Economic revenue, which includes the proportional integration of joint ventures, amounts to €394.7 million, reflecting near stability with a marginal increase of 0.1%.
The tourism sector posted significant growth of 2.2%, supported by an increase in accommodation revenues (+1.7%) and other tourism activities (+4.4%). The Pierre & Vacances and maeva.com brands recorded positive performances, with respective increases of 13.6% and 11.0% in accommodation and activities revenues.
On the other hand, the Adagio sector suffered a 2.5% decline due to a reduced offer in France. The other activities experienced a significant decline, falling by 24.9%, due to a strategic disengagement from real estate and non-essential activities.
