Asplundh Announces Acquisition of Electrical Testing and Field Services Provider Voltyx
WILLOW GROVE, PA / ACCESSWIRE / May 28, 2024 - Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC has acquired Voltyx, a leading provider of apparatus testing, engineering and design, repair, maintenance, commissioning, and equipment assembly services. This acquisition is part of an agreement with Arcline Investment Management LP and Industrial Growth Partners V, L.P.
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Voltyx employs over 1,200 people across 35 U.S. locations. It will join the Asplundh Infrastructure Group, enhancing Asplundh's service offerings, geographical reach, and customer base. Voltyx aims to accelerate its growth in the utility market in partnership with Asplundh.
"Voltyx’s expertise will help us expand our services," said Asplundh CEO Matt Asplundh. Brent Asplundh, President of Asplundh Infrastructure Group, shared similar sentiments, emphasizing the growth opportunities in infrastructure-related services.
