ASMALLWORLD AG has announced the appointment of Zain Richardson as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 2025. Richardson, who brings extensive experience from global luxury brands, will guide ASMALLWORLD into its third decade with a focus on innovation and growth. Previously, Richardson held prominent roles at Aero and Aman Group, enhancing his expertise in luxury travel and community building.

Chairman Michael Manz expressed enthusiasm about Richardson joining the team, citing his global experience and successful track record with luxury consumers as aligning with the company's vision. ASMALLWORLD, known for its luxury travel network and over 800 yearly global events, aims to leverage Richardson's leadership to expand its services and community engagement.

Richardson, an ASMALLWORLD member since 2007, emphasized the importance of trust in the luxury sector. He is eager to lead the company at this pivotal moment. His career started in management consulting, later transitioning to leading roles in travel and luxury sectors. He holds degrees from Oxford University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
