Schaeffler AG and Siemens AG announced a deepened collaboration with the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) focusing on the enhancement of artificial intelligence (AI) in industrial production. This partnership aims to pioneer advanced digital solutions on the shop floor, emphasizing innovative, AI-driven industrial applications.

The announcement was made at the Hannover Messe, where both companies showcased the "Siemens Industrial Copilot." This AI assistant, linked to Schaeffler's Special Machinery, facilitates more efficient operations by enabling voice-activated complex automation coding. This not only leverages AI for better productivity but also supports workers by easing interactive processes with the machinery.
