Arkema Discloses Recent Share Buyback Transactions

Colombes – On 16 July 2024, Arkema disclosed details regarding its recent share buyback activities. These transactions were executed from 08 July to 10 July 2024, aligning with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.

Over the three-day period, Arkema repurchased a total of 15,000 shares. On 08 July, 7,000 shares were bought at a weighted average price of 84.5888 EUR per share. Another 7,000 shares were acquired on 09 July at an average price of 82.2645 EUR per share. Finally, on 10 July, Arkema bought 1,000 shares at an average price of 81.4206 EUR per share.

The cumulative weighted average price for these transactions was 83.2929 EUR per share. These buybacks were conducted on the Paris market (XPAR) under the financial instrument identifier code FR0010313833.
