Arkema announces a new capital increase for its employees

Arkema has launched a new capital increase reserved for its employees and former employees. This operation will take place from September 16 to 30, 2024, covering 31 countries, including France, where 99% of Arkema employees are based.

The General Meeting of May 15, 2024 granted the Board of Directors the authority to proceed with this issue of shares, up to a nominal value of €13.5 million. The Chairman and CEO set the subscription price at €60.74, equal to 75% of the average share price on Euronext Paris.

The beneficiaries are employees of the Group with three months of seniority and former retired employees who are members of the Arkema Group Savings Plan. Subscription is limited to 750 shares per person, with a five-year lock-in of the shares acquired.
