ARGAN Reports 10% Increase in Q1 2025 Rental Income
ARGAN, a leading French real estate firm, announced a 10% rise in rental income for the first quarter of 2025, reaching €52.9 million. This growth is attributed to eight property deliveries in 2024 and a 3.45% rent indexation beginning January 2025. The company aims for a 6% increase in rental income for the entire year, targeting €210 million. This goal considers potential negative impacts from asset sales anticipated in the second half of the year.
In early 2025, ARGAN delivered two significant projects, including a logistics site for DIMOLOG and an eco-friendly greenhouse extension in Eure-et-Loire. The company also plans significant investments totaling €220 million for 2025-2026 while focusing on reducing debt levels.
