Approval of GEA's 2024 Annual Accounts

GEA has published its annual accounts for the financial year ending September 30, 2024. These accounts were approved without amendment at the Annual General Meeting of March 31, 2025. The allocation of results was also validated in accordance with the published financial report.

The Statutory Auditor, FORVIS MAZARS, has issued a certificate regarding these accounts. In the firm's opinion, the accounts are regular, fair, and present a true and fair view of the company's operations for the year and financial position. This opinion is based on current French accounting rules and is consistent with the report submitted to the Supervisory Board.
