Annual General Meeting of SFCMC: Resolution Voting Results
The Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) held its Annual General Meeting on March 25, 2025. The meeting saw a substantial quorum of 93.09%, with 146,772 shares represented, which translated into 225,681 votes cast. All resolutions presented during the meeting were adopted.
The approval of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2024, along with the consolidated accounts, received unanimous support. Additionally, the appointment of a new auditor for sustainability reporting was confirmed with full approval.
Mandates of board members, including Alexandre Barrière and Charles Richez, were renewed. Resolutions related to compensation policies for key executives, including Grégory Rabuel and Joy Desseigne-Barrière, were also accepted without opposition.
