ID4 and Azilen Form Strategic Partnership for AI-Enabled CLM

Anemoi International Ltd announces a strategic partnership between its subsidiary ID4 AG and Azilen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ID4, a leader in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), joins forces with Azilen to accelerate AI-enabled solutions. Under this agreement, Azilen will act as a Value-Added Reseller and strategic partner, enhancing distribution in the UK and Benelux regions where ID4 does not currently operate.

This collaboration targets the mature financial and regulatory technology markets in Europe, valued at approximately USD 0.8–1 billion annually. The partnership leverages Azilen’s AI expertise and established market presence, aiming for a projected 15–18% market growth annually.

For Azilen, this enriches its service portfolio, supporting its role as an AI-driven systems integrator. Customers can expect improved compliance automation, KYC management, and seamless IT integration.
