On April 11, 2024, ANDRITZ AG, a leading international technology group, announced its acquisition of a 13.8% stake in HydrogenPro, a Norwegian company specializing in the production of pressurized alkaline electrolyzers for green hydrogen. This strategic move not only strengthens ANDRITZ’s position in the green hydrogen sector but also solidifies its partnership with HydrogenPro, initially formed last year to deliver comprehensive green hydrogen plant solutions.

The collaboration combines HydrogenPro’s advanced electrolyzer technology with ANDRITZ’s expertise in assembling the electrolyzer stacks and providing end-to-end green hydrogen solutions on an EPC basis.
