ANDRITZ Appoints Vanessa Hellwing as New CFO, Effective March 2025

Graz, Austria - August 7, 2024. ANDRITZ AG has named Vanessa Hellwing as its incoming Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 28, 2025. She will take over from Norbert Nettesheim, who will retire on March 27, 2025, after 36 years in the industry, including a notable tenure as CFO since 2019.

Hellwing, currently CFO at Viessmann Climate Solutions SE, brings over two decades of financial leadership experience in the engineering sector. Her role will include overseeing finance, IT, and M&A functions, contributing to ANDRITZ's strategic goals.

Joachim Schönbeck, President and CEO of ANDRITZ, expressed his gratitude to Nettesheim for his contributions and welcomed Hellwing, highlighting her valuable expertise and leadership.
