Andrea Behrendt to Become CFO of ZEAL Network SE

Andrea Behrendt is set to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at ZEAL Network SE starting April 1, 2025. She succeeds Sebastian Bielski, who will depart on March 31, 2025, to pursue new opportunities. The Supervisory Board has approved this transition.

Currently, Behrendt is the VP of Group Controlling & Portfolio Management at ZEAL and has been part of the company since 2012. She also acts as CFO of ZEAL's subsidiary, LOTTO24 AG. Her prior experience includes key positions at VTG and the Hofmeister Group.

The move comes as ZEAL positions itself for continued growth in the online lottery market in Germany. Chairman Peter Steiner praised Behrendt's financial expertise and industry experience. Meanwhile, Bielski will finalize ZEAL's annual report before stepping down.
