Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Released

Amundi Physical Metals plc confirmed the issuance of 390,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This tranche, known as Tranche 567, forms part of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC series.

The Final Terms, dated 21 June 2024, specify that the aggregate number of ETC Securities immediately following this issue will be 49,830,755. The Metal Entitlement per ETC Security at the issuance date is 0.03971595 troy ounces of gold. The issue date for this tranche is 25 June 2024.

ETC Securities will be listed on various exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, the Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange, and the International Quotation System of the Mexican Stock Exchange. Additional listings may occur in the future.

The Total Expense Ratio for these ETC Securities is set at 0.12% per annum. Estimated total net proceeds from this issue amount to USD 36,168,093, with total admission expenses estimated at €3,000.
