Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms

Amundi Physical Metals plc has issued the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The issuance, dated 5 September 2024, includes 12,000 ETC Securities, bringing the total for Series 596 to 49,477,555.

Each ETC Security has a Metal Entitlement of 0.03970602 fine troy ounces as of the subscription trade date. The series, originally issued on 23 May 2019, is set to mature on 23 May 2118. The securities are managed by various financial institutions including HSBC Bank plc and BNP Paribas Arbitrage SNC.

Applications for trading will be made across multiple exchanges, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and the London Stock Exchange. These arrangements aim to provide broad market access for the ETC Securities.
