Amundi Physical Metals plc Releases Final Terms for UK Issuance

Amundi Physical Metals plc announces the issuance of 50,000 ETC Securities under its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. This forms Tranche 617 of the Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The ETC Securities are designed to track the price of gold and provide investors with an indirect investment in the precious metal.

The latest tranche adds to an aggregate of 46,522,455 ETC Securities issued in the series. Each security links to a metal entitlement adjusted from an initial 0.04 fine troy ounces to 0.03969675 at subscription. These securities are scheduled to mature in May 2118, reflecting a century-long investment horizon.

Applications for listing have been made across major European exchanges, including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange, to broaden accessibility. The ETC Securities are subject to a total expense ratio of 0.12% per annum.
