Amundi Physical Metals plc: UK Final Terms Overview
On 18 March 2026, Amundi Physical Metals plc issued the final terms for their Amundi Physical Gold ETC series. The issuance includes 53,000 ETC Securities, forming Tranche 834 of the series under their Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The aggregate number of ETC Securities post-issue totals 68,585,359.
The issue date for this tranche is set for 19 March 2026, with a maturity date scheduled for 23 May 2118. The ETC Securities provide exposure to gold prices, with a metal entitlement starting at 0.04 fine troy ounces per security.
Applications have been made for listing on major European exchanges including Euronext Paris and the London Stock Exchange. HSBC and BNP Paribas are among the authorised participants. The ETC Securities aim to attract investors interested in gold exposure with an annual expense ratio of 0.12%.
