Amundi Physical Metals Plc Announces Final Terms for Gold ETC
Amundi Physical Metals Plc has released the final terms for its Amundi Physical Gold ETC. The issue concerns Tranche 547, consisting of 50,000 ETC Securities.
These securities are issued under Amundi's Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. The final terms document, dated 25 April 2024, supplements previous prospectuses from 2019 and 2023.
The aggregate number of securities post-issue will be 46,390,555. The initial metal entitlement per security is 0.04 fine troy ounces, adjusted to 0.0397234 ounces as of the subscription trade date.
The securities have various listings, including Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Deutsche Börse, Borsa Italiana, and London Stock Exchange. The total expense ratio is 0.12% per annum, and the nominal amount is USD 5.085.
