Amundi Index Solutions Announces Key Changes to Global Luxury Sub-Fund
Amundi Index Solutions has informed shareholders of a significant change in the replication method for its Global Luxury Sub-Fund, effective September 21, 2026. The current indirect replication using a total return swap will be replaced by direct replication. This new method involves direct investment in securities that comprise the S&P Global Luxury index or representative financial instruments.
Consequently, the Sub-Fund's Prospectus will be amended to reflect these changes. Key modifications include reducing the minimum initial investment from USD 1,000,000 to USD 100,000 and increasing the maximum annual management fee from 0.15% to 0.25%.
Shareholders have a month from this notice to redeem shares without fees, excluding potential brokerage fees on market-sold shares. The updated Prospectus will be accessible online around the effective date.
