Amendment to the convertible bond financing contract: rescheduling over three years
The company MUNIC, specializing in embedded technologies and artificial intelligence for automobile data, has signed an amendment to the convertible bond financing contract. This amendment, which must be validated by the general meeting of June 24, 2024, makes it possible to reschedule the repayment of the loan of €1.9 million.
The repayment will be spread over the financial years 2024, 2025 and 2026. This rescheduling extends MUNIC's cash flow horizon to more than 12 months and allows the continued development of the EKKO platform.
The ratification of this amendment is supported by the main shareholders. At the same time, the company is continuing its efforts to obtain new sources of financing for 2024 and 2025.
