Amdocs Launches its amAIz Platform with Generative AI for Telecoms

Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) announced new capabilities for its amAIz platform, designed for communications service providers (CSPs). Developed in collaboration with Microsoft and NVIDIA, this innovation aims to harness generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) to improve efficiency and customer experience while ensuring security and reliability.

This platform allows cost-effective consumption of tokens thanks to functionalities specific to the telecommunications sector. It integrates with monetization, customer experience, sales and operational systems, providing a wide range of GenAI applications.

CSPs will benefit in particular from solutions improving customer engagement and optimizing network operations thanks to GenAI co-pilots. Use cases like “Bill Inquirer” reduce time handling billing-related calls and “Conversational Selling” increases sales conversion rates.

Amdocs will highlight amAIz and its GenAI solutions at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, February 26-29, 2024. Collaboration with AI leaders, such as NVIDIA and Microsoft, supports Amdocs' ambition to transform the industry telecommunications using generative AI.
