TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / August 20, 2024 / Amaroq Minerals Ltd. (AIM:AMRQ)(TSXV:AMRQ)(NASDAQ Iceland:AMRQ) reported that key executives and directors have acquired 191,085 common shares in total. Among the buyers are Graham Stewart, Chairman of the Board, Eldur Olafsson, CEO, Joan Plant, Executive VP, Ellert Arnarson, CFO, and Non-Executive Directors Warwick Morley-Jepson and David Neuhauser, the latter through Livermore Partners LLC.

The purchases, segmented across different markets including AIM, TSXV, and XICE, occurred between August 15 and August 19, 2024. Prices varied, with shares acquired at rates ranging from GBP 0.615 to CAD$ 1.12.
