Toronto, ON / Accesswire / July 11, 2024 - Amaroq Minerals Ltd. (AIM:AMRQ) (TSXV:AMRQ) (NASDAQ Iceland:AMRQ) has announced that Livermore Partners LLC, managed by David Neuhauser, Non-Executive Director of Amaroq Minerals, acquired 37,900 common shares. This transaction increases Neuhauser's indirect total holding to 14,579,124 shares, representing 4.45% of the company's capital.

This acquisition was executed in two transactions: 20,000 shares at CAD$ 1.08 each on July 9, 2024, and 17,900 shares at CAD$ 1.14 each on July 11, 2024. The aggregated volume is 37,900 shares at an average price of CAD$ 1.11.
