Alzchem Group AG Temporarily Interrupts Share Repurchase Program

Alzchem Group AG has announced a temporary interruption of its share repurchase program. This move is in place to ensure a smooth conduct of its Annual Shareholders Meeting scheduled for May 8, 2025. The company plans to temporarily halt the program from March 18 to March 27, 2025, and again from May 6 to May 13, 2025.

The pause is intended to facilitate the orderly calling of the Annual Shareholders Meeting and to manage the payment of any dividends approved by the shareholders. This decision aligns with the regulatory disclosure requirements outlined in Article 5 of the EU Regulation 596/2014 and Article 2 Section (1) of the Delegated EU Regulation 2016/1052.
