Alzchem Group AG Raises EBITDA Forecasts for Fiscal Year 2024

On July 30, 2024, Alzchem Group AG announced an upward revision of its EBITDA forecasts for the fiscal year 2024. The company now expects Group EBITDA to surpass EUR 100 million, compared to the previous forecast of approximately EUR 90 million. Despite steady sales projections, the EBITDA margin is also forecasted to rise from about 15.8% to over 17.5%.

The increase stems from stronger growth and a shift in the product mix towards Specialty Chemicals. Other financial indicators such as group sales, inventories, inventory intensity, and equity ratio remain stable. Expected group sales are projected to grow to around EUR 570 million.

2023 recorded sales at EUR 540.6 million and adjusted EBITDA at EUR 81.4 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 15.1%. For 2024, no adjustments to these figures were made except for the anticipated growth in EBITDA and its margin.
