Altius Minerals Boosts Ownership in Orogen Royalties to 18.15%

Altius Minerals Corporation (TSX:ALS), through its subsidiary Altius Resources Inc., has increased its stake in Orogen Royalties Inc. (TSXV:OGN) to 18.15% by acquiring 7,115,545 common shares. These shares were obtained by exercising purchase warrants at a price of $0.4017 per share, resulting from a private placement in April 2019. This transaction led to Orogen receiving a total of $2,858,314.

With this acquisition, Altius now holds a total of 36,430,561 common shares of Orogen, representing an 18.15% ownership of issued and outstanding shares and 17.18% on a fully diluted basis.
