Altior Healthcare Expands Insurance Options in New Hampshire and Maine

Altior Healthcare announced its collaboration with Carelon and Anthem to offer in-network coverage at its adolescent residential treatment facilities, Ridge Maine and Ridge New Hampshire. This addition comes as part of Altior's efforts to enhance access to mental health services for adolescents and young adults. Carelon, formerly known as Beacon Health Options, and Anthem extend behavioral healthcare management to a large population in the U.S., joining existing in-network providers Aetna, Magellan, and Optum.

The partnership aims to broaden the reach of Ridge Residential Treatment Center's specialized program for teenagers requiring mental health support. Through this collaboration, Altior Healthcare strives to offer more comprehensive access to mental health services grounded in compassion, trust, safety, and integrity. CEO Ken Kosza emphasized the importance of increasing quality mental health services availability as a top priority for Altior.

Altior Healthcare operates 4 Joint Commission-accredited residential mental health programs, catering to over 15 locations across five states, including California, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, and Texas. With over 450 professionals, Altior continues its mission to address and reduce the stigma associated with mental health, aiming to provide relief and healing for the individuals and families it serves.
