ALTHEORA terminates its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont
On January 9, 2026, ALTHEORA announced the termination of its liquidity contract with the brokerage firm Gilbert Dupont, effective January 1, 2026. This contract, in place since 2018, facilitated a significant number of transactions during the second half of 2025. As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 84,017 shares with a balance of €23,599.93. During the previous six months, these figures stood at 70,011 shares and €29,575.66. This decision aligns with the strategic initiatives of ALTHEORA, a major player in Europe in the transformation of composite materials and polymers.
