ALTEN SA Updates Share and Voting Rights Information for March 2024

In compliance with the French Commercial Code and the AMF General Regulation, ALTEN SA has disclosed an update about its share capital and voting rights as of 31st March 2024. The company, listed on Euronext Paris in compartment A, has reported that the total number of shares constituting its share capital is 35,209,501. These shares translate into a total of 40,676,985 theoretical voting rights.

ALTEN's Articles of Association enforce a guideline whereby any shareholder, individually or in conjunction, crossing the threshold of 3% of the share capital or voting rights, either upwards or downwards, is required to inform the company. Notification of such crossings must be made via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within a fifteen-day period from when the threshold was crossed.
