ALTEN SA Announces Updated Share and Voting Rights Information
ALTEN SA, listed on Euronext Paris, provided an update regarding its total number of shares and theoretical voting rights as of 30th April 2024. The company reported that the total number of shares constituting the share capital amounted to 35,209,501 ordinary shares. Concurrently, the total number of theoretical voting rights stood at 40,676,952.
The update is in accordance with regulatory requirements under the French Commercial code and the AMF General Regulation. ALTEN also highlighted requirements from its Articles of Association, which obligate shareholders to declare any change exceeding thresholds in share capital or voting rights within 15 days via registered letter.
