ALTEN Reports Share Capital and Voting Rights Update

ALTEN, a leading European Engineering and Technology Consulting company, has updated information regarding its share capital and voting rights as of July 31, 2025. The company, listed on Euronext Paris, reported a total of 35,266,866 ordinary shares constituting its share capital. The theoretical voting rights attached to these shares amount to 40,734,534.

According to ALTEN’s Articles of Association, shareholders crossing the 3% threshold of the share capital or voting rights, in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code, must notify ALTEN within 15 days. Such notification is mandatory whether the crossing is upward or downward.
