ALTEN Releases 2025 Universal Registration Document
On April 29, 2026, ALTEN SA announced the filing of its 2025 Universal Registration Document with France's financial markets authority, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, under filing number D.26-0316. This crucial document is now freely accessible in French on ALTEN’s website as well as on the website of the French financial markets authority. An English version will be available shortly on ALTEN's website.
The registration document encompasses the Annual Financial Report, management and corporate governance reports, the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, details on the share buyback program, and the statutory auditors' reports, including their fee disclosures.
