Altech Advanced Materials to Exchange Shareholdings for Stakes in Altech Batteries

Altech Advanced Materials AG (AAM) has outlined a strategic plan to transfer its shares in Altech Industries GmbH and Altech Energy Holdings GmbH to Altech Batteries Ltd (ATC), securing approximately 21% of ATC shares in return. This move aims to streamline the corporate structure for improved financing opportunities and expedite the commercialization of battery projects, particularly CERENERGY and Silumina Anodes.

The transaction, which includes a 25% premium for AAM based on current market value, is pending conditions including contract finalization and approvals from both AAM and ATC's Annual General Meetings. If successful, ATC will hold full or majority stakes in key projects, enhancing external investor appeal and project valuation.
