ALTAREIT: Monthly declaration of transactions carried out on its own securities - August 2024
In August 2024, ALTAREIT continued its operations of buying and selling its own shares under a liquidity contract. At the end of the month, the capital held directly and indirectly amounted to 240 shares, or 0.01% of the capital.
During the month, the company made 31 purchases and 31 sales of its shares, each transaction being carried out at a price of EUR 450 per share through the intermediary Kepler Cheuvreux. The balance of shares held by ALTAREIT as of July 31, 2024 was 246 shares.
No transactions were carried out on exercise or expiry of derivative products, and no new positions on derivative products were opened in August 2024.
