Altareit's Credit Rating Affirmed, Outlook Improved by S&P Global
On October 6, 2025, Altareit, a subsidiary of Altarea, announced that S&P Global Ratings has affirmed its long-term credit rating at BBB−. The outlook has been revised from “negative” to “stable.”
The upgrade in outlook highlights the credit improvement of the Altarea Group. S&P Global Ratings recognized the resilience of the Group’s rental income, forecasting a recovery in property development. The Group's diversified business model and its agile and prudent financial policy were also noted as positive factors.
