ALTAREIT: Information on Shares and Voting Rights
On July 31, 2025, ALTAREIT announced key information regarding its share capital. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is 1,750,487. In terms of voting rights, the company has a theoretical total of 1,750,487 rights, with 1,748,421 exercisable rights. Theoretical voting rights reflect all shares, while exercisable voting rights take into account the restrictions imposed by the French Commercial Code.
Indeed, certain treasury shares are deprived of voting rights under Articles L.225-210 and L.233-31 of the French Commercial Code, thus limiting their exercise at the general meeting. ALTAREIT, based in Paris, is a limited partnership with shares, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 552.091.050.
