ALTAREIT announces the latest figures of its share capital

ALTAREIT has communicated the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of April 30, 2024. The total number of shares is 1,750,487. The theoretical voting rights amount to 1,750,487, while the exercisable voting rights are 1,748,365. The difference between these two figures represents the treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights according to the legislation in force.

The company also specifies that it imposes a stricter obligation to declare threshold crossing than traditional legislation. Any shareholder reaching or leaving thresholds of 1% or multiples of up to 50% of the capital must notify it by registered letter within a strict deadline, under penalty of being deprived of voting rights for a period of up to two years after regularization.
