ALTAREA: Information on Voting Rights and Shares

On November 30, 2024, ALTAREA announced that its share capital is composed of 21,896,835 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 21,896,835, while the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, at 21,886,604. This difference arises from treasury shares, which do not have voting rights.

ALTAREA's articles of association include a specific clause under Article 12, which requires any shareholder holding or ceasing to hold at least 1% of the capital or voting rights to inform the company in writing. This notification must occur within four trading days after crossing the threshold.

In the event of failure to declare under the prescribed conditions, the voting rights of the shares concerned are suspended for a period of up to two years, if a request is made by shareholders representing at least 1% of the capital.
