ALTAREA: Information on voting rights and share capital in July 2024
ALTAREA has communicated the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of July 31, 2024.
On this date, the company's share capital consists of 21,893,754 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights also amounts to 21,893,754, of which 21,886,996 are exercisable, treasury shares being deprived of voting rights under article L.225-210 of the Commercial Code .
ALTAREA's statutes stipulate an obligation to declare the crossing of thresholds, supplementing the legal obligations. Any person owning or ceasing to own 1% or more of the capital must notify the company. In the absence of declaration, undeclared securities are deprived of voting rights.
