ALTAREA: Information on share capital and voting rights

ALTAREA's press release gives a detailed overview of the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital, in accordance with article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority and article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code.

As of June 30, 2024, the share capital included 20,804,017 shares with 20,804,017 theoretical voting rights, of which 20,795,261 are exercisable. On July 5, 2024, following the issuance of new shares, the total number of shares rose to 21,893,604 with an equivalent number of theoretical voting rights, of which 21,886,557 are exercisable.

The company's statutes impose an obligation to declare the crossing of the threshold for any person holding at least 1% of the capital or voting rights, under penalty of deprivation of voting rights for undeclared securities.
