ALTAREA announces share transfers and capital increase

ALTAREA has made the declaration of transfers of its own shares in order to deliver shares allocated free of charge. On March 31, 2024, 36,161 securities were transferred at a unit value of €78.40, for a total amount of €2,835,022.40. On April 1, 2024, 109,638 treasury shares were transferred, for an amount of €8,595,619.20, based on the listed price of the ALTAREA share on March 28, 2024.

Furthermore, ALTAREA carried out a capital increase by creating 64,670 new shares, with a nominal value of €15.28, carried out by incorporating an amount from the “Issue premiums” account. This operation, corresponding to a nominal amount of €988,157.60, brings the capital to €317,853,976.06, divided into 20,801,492 shares. These measures are part of the delivery of shares to beneficiaries of free share plans.
