Altarea announces its April 2024 equity transactions

Altarea published its monthly trading declaration of its own shares for April 2024. The company indicated a direct and indirect holding of 0.39% of its capital, representing 78,711 shares. The balance at the end of March was 118,249 shares. During April, Altarea acquired 2,453 shares and sold 2,395. A total of 109,638 shares were transferred, mainly allocated to employees in the form of free shares.

The transactions carried out by Altarea were mainly carried out through Kepler Cheuvreux. They include purchases and sales made under liquidity contracts, with daily transactions that reflect active adjustments to their stock portfolio. On April 1, a notable transfer operation of 109,638 shares amounted to approximately 2.835 million euros, following the delivery of free shares to employees.
